On an average, we try to publish one or two articles per day. A morning edition covering informative subjects and discussions and an evening edition covering articles to tickle the lighter side of our life and some lively discussions. On the weekends, some reviews of movies and books. There can be exceptions to the above stated thing which are subjected to the availability of articles in these categories. Starting from May 2009, Rs 20 (or its equivalent) will be credited to every author's account for each of their article published at Incubation360.
Terms & Conditions
1. The articles should be unique and original content from the authors. No copy and paste materials will be accepted. If found at any point, the concerned article may be unpublished immediately and the author may be banned immediately. All the privileges, prizes & payments will be cancelled immediately.
2. The authors should ensure that the articles are original and do not violate copyrights whatsoever, in case of violation the author will be wholly responsible for any copyright violation.
3. After declaring the winners or reaching the minimum specified amount, the authors will be required to furnish valid Contact Details, so that he/she can be contacted for the prize.
4. The terms, conditions and the amount reserved for prize is subjected to change without any further notice.
5. No matter whatsoever the decision of the editorial team at Incubation360 team is final in all the matters.
Rules & Regulations
a. All original articles would be only eligible for the money.
b. The articles should be of greater than 500 words, though there can be exceptions (poems), to consider an article as eligible solely rests on the discretion of the Editorial team at Incubation360.
c. Your account will be credited with the amount for each eligible article published at Incubation360.
d. This amount will be carried forward each month and as soon as you reach Rs 500 in your account, the amount will be dispatched at the month end.
e. The Winner article at the end of every month, will publish the detailed performance of the authors, their eligible articles and the amount of money, which is being accumulated in their account. The winner article will also contain the recent changes and all the developments.
f. The articles will be queued for approval from Editorial team @ Incubation360. If approved, it will be published immediately. If an article is informative, it will be published in the morning edition and if it covers the lighter side of life, it will come up in the evening edition. (Have patience, if your article is not published for quite some time. It may happen due to large number of articles in queue or rejection of your article for not meeting the criteria.)
g. All the articles with good content value and time related articles (like articles on breaking news) will be given due priority in publishing even if its lagging in the end of the queue. The decision of the Editorial team @ Incubation360 is final.
In addition to the cash credit, a token of appreciation will be sent to one best contributing author every month and a best article will be selected to honor the best thought.
Referral Bonus
We have taken the initiative to reward the people who spread out their words about Incubation360. The following are the terms and conditions related with that:
a. The new authors while registering in the site should fill the field "Referral Username/Email" along their other details. Once entered this field cannot be changed afterwards.
b. The person who referred the new author will be credited Rs 20 (for first 10 articles only) for every article published by this new author at Incubation360.com.
c. When 5 of your referred authors completely publish their 10 articles each at incubation360, Rs 500 will be credited to your account. (This is for one time only). Then the same will be applicable for the next batch of 5 more authors referred by you.
Rewards & Recognition for the Authors:
We here at Incubation360 take a good deal of pain to give publicize our site, and the articles by our esteemed authors. As the web site's popularity is growing, the authors linked with our site and possessing good writing skills will get good recognition all over.
1. In spite of distributing the prizes and other stuffs every month to our authors, we will be periodically distributing a major chunk of the income to the authors which we get from the ads at Incubation360. This will be solely decided by the Incubation360 team according to the contribution and the popularity of the articles for different authors.
2. The consistent authors will be given due importance and they may be given honored place in the core team of Incubation360. Their voices will be considered in the decision making process of Incubation360.
3. The loyal and consistent authors working for Incubation360 will be subsequently rewarded with various responsible positions in this growing site.
(Starting from June 2009, we will create a core team of authors named as "Expert Authors @ Incubation360")
4. The authors with good writing skills may be absorbed as a paid author by Incubation360 or a major portion of the revenue (earned from ads) from their articles will be disbursed to them. The decision of the Incubation360 Team will be final in this regard.
All decisions regarding these will be notified at appropriate time.
We practise ethical values in all our judgments and decisions. There will be no favoritism and biasing judgment be it for the selection of winning candidates every month or absorbing the authors for the core team (decision making body) at Incubation360.

Register in the site and after successful registration you can login to post your articles in the site, which will be subjected for approval.
