An emotion and experience related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. A divine and melodious pure feel is what love means to us from all the fairy tales to the mills and boons, ain’t it? Love has always been beautiful and amazing in this world. Everyone on earth must have experienced love in their short or long lifespan. By love I don’t mean to say “man - woman’ love alone. There are so many facets and sides love has to offer. Love is not confined by any barrier; it does not know any verge or horizon. But does this love offer the same sweetness to everyone whoever has tried to taste it? If not then why love is called eternal and heavenly?

Let me narrate a short story to my readers. My story is little different than the age old love stories. Not because it has a sad ending! There was this girl I knew who was as bubbly as a teen age girl can be, as fresh and energetic as a fresh pass out college student. She was a very ambitious lady with the most common yet so worthy dream to prove herself in this so-called real world. She in the process of becoming professionally successful and powerful also came across this sweetest feeling called love. Yes she fell for a guy. A very charming gentleman with immense young energy walked into her life without asking any permission. He never promised her anything but his presence definitely did promise her that he is the one who can take her off herself to his world. He never spoke anything to her but his sweet acts assured her that he is with her forever. He He He, the girl knew no other word. Falling in love was not in her hands but predicting things definitely was! Yes she assumed he is hers, she took it granted that he is her destiny; she confirmed that the guy is equally madly in love with her. And that was obviously HER mistake. How could she conclude that if she loves him, he would also have the same warmth and passion for her? How could she presume that if she is going to ask him to become her life partner he would gladly accept her? 

Because the girl was in love, which means she was blind enough not to notice the reality. Whatever her madness was, she decided to let him know about this and decided to make a formal announcement. But she dint know that god doesn’t distribute love in pairs, he just gives your share of love and it is up to you for whom you want to feel it. The guy’s share of love was not for her. She being the most matured girl also could not accept it. Why? Does not she know that god has given his share of love and it’s his wish to choose the person he wants to be bestowed with his love? Of course she knew. Then what happened? Why did she start blaming god for lying to her? Why could not she accept that love is not as beautiful as it appears to be? After all she got only hardship and weeping because of this love, and then she should stop believing in love. Am I right?

But what can she do, it’s not her fault also. Love is not a business deal, he dint agree so deal is canceled! It doesn’t work this way. She has given her share of love to him. She has used her share. Now she should not blame for anything. Love is not an aim of achieving something; love is a feeling and she has sensed her share. Then what for she should curse anybody? She can’t accuse the charming guy for taking away her share of love, she can’t accuse god for not making a beneficial deal nor can she blame herself for allotting all her love to that guy. She can only live the rest of her life cherishing those moments and if god gives her a chance she might be able to snatch some other guy’s share of love.
