“There is no forgivable sin than to spend time wastefully”

Here passes each and every day of mine writing some articles which no one cares to read. I write my feelings, my inspirations thinking of contributing for some bigger cause. Other times being wasted in chatting, tracing stock markets, reading newspaper articles. Life moved pretty fast for last five months. Today, I feel shameful for my foolish aspirations to be an author has let down some eyes, who expected me to deliver. Here, I was spending my days lazily in my imaginative world trying to behave like an author. With No one to trace behind my activities, I continued these things stealthily deriving sinful pleasures.

Here comes one day, a man returned from US. I was very much skeptical about the new circumstances, which was going to bind me and snatch my freedom ruthlessly from my hands. But somewhere deep inside me, I was waiting eagerly to experience this new phase. The first impression of this man in my minds was somewhat in darker sense, but all those darker senses are attributed to the stories that I have heard from my friends.

I refer him with respect as "Aranb Da", a man of few words. Here, I have to confess that initially I tried to escape his attention. But, a meeting was fixed between us. He expressed his expectations from me which I responded by nodding head like an obedient child. The results of my actions for his care reflected poorly & shamefully my attitudes. Time passed and I was happy writing articles, while ignoring his words. One day, he assigned me a case study to solve, which I guess is his way of conveying his feelings to me. He called me and expressed his concerns about my career, the struggles & huddles that I have to overcome if I move with this pace and passion.

On that day, I had discovered many facets about this man. Many myths that were growing deep inside my mind were shattered. May be he is the one and only one Team Lead here, who cared to do the works regularly assigned on my name. Till now, I haven't discovered any hard feelings and complaints for my callousness & carelessness. He is the only one who cared to show guide me path under his lap. Cared to teach the rules of this ruthless game called life to an escapist like me. Shared the meaning of life from his eyes, shared his experiences of harder times. Hinted a few loved words “I don’t want to see you crossing the same roads, which thousands of other are doing”. Today, my long wish of hearing some soothing words is fulfilled.

After a hectic day of office hours, sleep refused to engulf my tiring body. I flash backed all the incidents. "How this one man supported my holidays in Dushera, when my project manager was fuming". "How he kept mentioning in every weekly meetings about my contributions which was result of his work".

"How he made me felt like the part this team, fully aware of my zero contributions & inputs to the team." My mind kept me asking these questions. “Can I be a man, what others expect of me? Can I be, what Arnab Da expects of me?” Eyes started to retire heavy with shameful acts of mine since last five months.

Today I woke up with great respect for this man. Overnight emotions, dreams & emotions has aroused fatherly feelings for him. Where people love to call their seniors with their full name, I love to call him as "Arnab Da". Outside, A bright sun in the clear winter sky was inviting me to start this journey afresh with him. Now, here I woke up to show this world & the few who cared spell some magical words of inspiration for my future.

I woke up for “Another day in the Paradise.
