Process or Product? 2 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: -1
We should enjoy the process without bothering about the results or just stick to the final results?

The temperament of a person makes the choice! It is doubtful if the choice can be forced upon on oneself or others! Some enjoy the process, the travel is interesting to this lucky lot! To some bent on the end with fervour the process is irrelevant, immaterial. The determination/concentration/drive may be admirable. A high cost! Wishful thinking: want the cake and eat it too! Enjoy the process without losing the zeal to achieve the goal!

Product . cz..process can get tedious if the product is not within our vicinity..or within our reach.

Once the product is in hand an empty feeling might rise- what next? A state of incomplete feeling, thirst unquenched, aching for more. But the process is pleasant offering a gamut of varied experiences, enriching and mellowing to the spirit and soul- the state of being active continuously in the pursuit of the goal might be more purposeful and satisfying- hopes alive, expectations sharp, innovations and improvisions creative. Imagination/visualisation/fantasying of looming success can be more pleasurable than the actual accomplishment!

Aptly put by ppmani Mam

Sticking to the product, we tend to miss the whole learning process and enjoyment with our work. Concentrating on the process will enrich us with experience and make our work enjoyable.

Its basically satisfying ourselves (Concentrating on the process) VS Satisfying others (Concentrating on the product).
