How funny! I'm immensely tickled by this quote! I remember an old joke that God first created Adam and found him imperfect. So he made a second improved creation which was Eve! A fantastic imagination boosting female ego!!! It also says God made a mistake in making (the first) man!!! Some perverse argument!!!
Seriously, religion( as embodied in God concept) is rightly the opium of man, created to make man forget his worries! That is how it is being practised!!! And being addicted to a drug is a mistake, of course!

mmmmm..Why think of them as mistakes?? Both are the play things of the other!

Only a great thinker could think like this. i think non of them were mistakes. mistakes don't survive so long!

If God created man then he created man to show His creativity and to run his nature.

If man created God then man created Him to draw lines of limitations for living on this earth.
