We as humans can truly love more than one person simultaneously? Can it be distributed equally among all the partners?

Or its impossible for a mind to get involved with a second one, when the mind is in true state with the first partner?

In a civilised world a lot of discipline/restraint is expected of a human being. A cock or bull might find it right to lord a whole brood/herd. But intelligent human beings should show more discrimination/responsibility. If still a man strays it shows his lack of self-restraint, lack of moral principles. How can anyone be carried away by temptation?

In old times down the history kings married many women, all the princesses of petty kingdoms they conquered. A harem was a regular feature of monarchy. Even after that bigamy was in vogue. Illegal second partners continue disregarding the social stigma.

It is not at all humanly impossible to be satisfied and happy with one single lifetime partner. that is the best, most sensible choice of this enlightened, civilised age. It should be our right choice. We as intellectuals make choices. We can, we do and we must make this crucial choice. No need to entertain exaggerated, unreal fancies about 'love' which in common parlance often equates to infatuation and sensual attraction. Let humans prove their mettle and commitment to enlightened conjugal laws.

So can we infer that a human mind wont explore towards other territories if he/she is truly satisfied in a relation?

so..if the human mind is truly satisfied in a relation, it wont get tempted by other prospects...i agree. But It's all abt satisfaction...isnt it? how come u name it as 'true love'? even if one experience total satisfaction without love, he/she wont stray..right? I think it's a combination of satisfying a few important emotions. So..satisfaction is the greater influence than any so called true love. wt say?

Exactly! 'True love' is a myth, a mirage, a fancy!!! Care, consideration, tenderness etc can be better words to describe the feeling!
